They won’t help it it’s after 30 days. Sometimes you don ‘t open an item within the 30 days?I have an item that I bought 4 months ago, the reason I haven’t opened it is because summer is over and I had back surgery. They didn’t care, even it something broke on the 31st day you have to deal with the company that makes it.
But this wasn’t even opened…I don’t get it. Lousy customer service.
This is the second time this has happened when I bought a Kitchen Aid Food Processor that didn’t work. The manufactor sent me a refurbished one instead. I thought that was fair.
I did contact them and they won’t do anything (HSN) Great service they have, amazing
They said if I send it back that they will send it back to me.
Hello , I’m very sorry to learn you purchased an item that is no longer working. We always want you to get the most out of each purchase. We encourage you to review and/or test out your items within the 30 day trial period; but sadly once this time is passed we are unable to accept the item back.
I’ve heard that one before. lol
