Return policy is awful
Bought the Suze Orman protection portfolio… it was backordered. Once received, i put away until i could get to work on it. Decided to look into some reviews, and saw many concerns about personal information storage. Made me very uncomfortable to use this product. Called today to try to return… never used, perfect condition. Understand it’s been longer than 30 days… but, truthfully, if I can’t use this thing I just wasted almost $100 bucks. Well, I will never shop with HSN again. adios. Sorry Suze, I love you, but can’t use your product.
Is there any way someone can help me get my money back with return?????
