Hello,
Jay Manuel Beauty® Ultimate Lipstick – Shame
item # 406-868 was returned and not processed. I sent back a few items and for some reasons some were processed as return and the lipstick was NOT. Please process the lipstick as return. I called customer service and the woman made me very upset and did not know what she was talking about. tracking # 1Z1VV3229027538728
Please credit my account for this return as it was sent back to HSN along with the other items on this package.

@cmdi, I’m sorry to see this hasn’t been refunded yet. Some items are shipped from different warehouses and when you return multiple items in the same box, it may take a few more days for items to be rerouted back to the warehouse they came from for the refund to be processed. I see your return was received Fri. If you don’t see that the item has been refunded by 12/22, let me know and I’ll process the refund for you.

Well, what you guys online and customer service on the phone could not resolved and refund me my money for the return, I called this morning and I asked to speak with a supervisor. A nice woman named Pat (senior supervisor) answered and she resolved both of my issues including this return in no time, right away, Shout out to Pat! You rock! and HSN is lucky to have you. Pat is a perfect example of what a customer service person should be. Pat, I hope your manager sees this as you deserve to be recognized.
