Return not processed and today makes a month
I ordered the Conceierge Collection down comforter. Once I received it, I found, in my opinion, that it was not as full and fluffy as the one shown on the segment when I ordered it. I decided to return it. It did come with a prepaid return label, so I completed the reason for return form, placed it in a box, paid $19 for postage and mailed it back via the post office 1/25/2016. It was addressed to be sent to 15761 Tapia St Irwindale, CA 91706. I have checked my account several times it still has not been credited back to my account and tomorrow 2/26/16 another payment is scheduled to be drawn. Each time I contact customer service to see if they can see in their system if it says anything differently from what my account reflects, I am told that they cannot track it without my receipt from the post office. I have looked high and low and cannot locate it. I think when I washed my car, I threw out the reciept accidentally. Is there a contact number to the place that processes the returns? At this point I am hesitant to place any other orders if I can’t feel secure about account integrity as far as returning items and receiving credit. So currently I don’t have my money or merchandise credit or the comforter. I am contemplating filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or some other consumer protection agency in an effort to make them look for my return. They wont even investigate my issue. I am so upset. I have never had any problems with any of the numerous other orders I have placed with HSN. Any suggestions?

You can watch videos on youtube while on wifi and you will not be charged for data.
I recently upgraded to a new tracfone which is similar to the TS (mine is the LG Sunset with 4G capability, otherwise exactly the same as the LG Power TS; both have Android Lollipop).
With my old tracfone (an LG Fuel with an older Android OS), which no longer has a service plan associated with it, I can continue to use my home wifi to connect to the internet, watch youtube videos, check my email, download and run apps. The only thing I cannot do with it while on wifi is make and receive phone calls, and make or receive text messages.
He just needs to realize that even if he is home, he has to be connected to wifi. If not, he will be using the tracfone service and will be charged for data.
ok.. so if I am on wifi not charged.. but will the phone still ring? and Im I chared for both incoming and outgoing?
Yes, his phone would still ring because your cell phone service is still active. And yes, for phone calls and texts, you are charged whether it is incoming or outgoing.
To talk or text, you need cellphone service.
To access the internet, you need wifi or cellphone service. When wifi is not available or is turned off or is not connected, if you try to access the internet the phone will use the cell phone service to connect and that’s when you will incur data charges.
Your phone will still ring as long as you haven’t gone into settings and deactivated Smart Network Search. By disabling this when you are home your data isn’t affected, however if you are out and about if a strong public wifi isn’t available, the phone will constantly be searching for a wireless network to make the data connection. This is where people get into trouble. If this is for a teenager, please look at other options (major carriers) because he will probably blow through the allotted data in a week or two.

I can understand your level of frustration and hesitation (to purchase anything else until this is resolved). If any one can resolve this the HSN customer service folks are able. I’m dealing with a very frustrating issue myself at this time. They’re doing what they can to help. Please, let us know how this progresses. :heart:
