Return is Missing
I need to return the Anna Griffin Empress. It fell within the holiday return policy time frame but I could not print my own return label. I contacted your staff via an online chat and she did email a return label. I used that and took the box to a UPS store. I checked yesterday and there is no activity for that tracking number. Went by the store and they confirmed and don’t know what happened. They apologize and indicated they ‘hope’ it will show up. Can find this return and issue a refund? Or if you can’t find it take it up with UPS and issue a refund? This machine with shipping is $200. It is defective so I would like all shipping refunded as well.
I checked again at the store and the video shows me and a lot of people being directed to a drop off table leaving boxes. They said you would have to file a claim and issue a refund. Can you do this?

Hi @emt1404, thank you for providing the tracking number. Since there has been no scan on it, there’s not much I can do. In order for us to file a claim with UPS, there would need to be a scan that it was accepted at the location you dropped it off at. I’d recommend rechecking with them.
I certainly understand the concern this has caused @emt1404. Since we’ve emailed you a new label, I sadly don’t have any tracking information for it. Do you mind providing the tracking number for the label you used so I can take a look?
