Return HP Laptops
I ordered the HP 2 pack you guys had, and then decided to get the HP laptop that had 1 TB. So, I returned the two pack. I received a call today saying there was only 1 laptop in the box, and I need to return the other one. Both laptops were in the box when I sent it back. I called CS and they told me I needed to file a claim, and then hung up. Shouldn’t that be taken care of from you guys since I used your return label? I just need to know what I need to do to get this taken care of, because I can’t pay 2 payments a month on 3 laptops.
