Return and refunds
I returned a Simply Ming skillet due to a mfg issue, this was received and signed for on 11/11/16. I was told since the skillet was offered again on the day I returned the product to go ahead and purchase the item again since they were out of the color red for a return item, and they would credit me the funds. I have yet to receive the refund for the item returned and I am now making payments on flex for the re purchase of the item. I also returned the IEXPAND memory extender 64gb gold and had to prepay for the return shipping of this item. It was received on Nov 21, 2016. is there any way to find out the date that I will be refunded on these items, as it is Christmas and I am out the funds. It makes me want to return the Simply Ming skillet for not being refunded to date. There was also a credit on the Spendable Kash in the amt of 90.00 that at the time I requested it to be refunded in Spendable Kash, but I will not be using the Spendable cash, can they refund it back to my credit card instead? It was me that requested Spendable cash but sine I have not receive the other credits back in time to purchase the item I wanted to apply it to for Christmas, I no longer will need it. I will not be purchasing anything between now and Christmas from hsn due to shipping will not be received in time (questionable).
, I’m sorry to hear that your return hasn’t been credited back to you as of yet. I’m having trouble locating the order in reference on your account. Can you send me a Private Message with the order number that you’re referring to for the skillet so I can investigate further?
In regards to the iExpand order that you returned. I’m showing that the item was checked in as returned and a refund was issued on November 21. The refunds for the order were in the amounts of $24.98 and $24.97.
I’ve also reviewed the request for Spendable Ka$h to be refunded to your original method of payment and unfortunately there isn’t a way for me to issue this refund back to your original method of payment. I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
