Requesting a price adjustment
Hello, on the 17th and 19th I placed two orders and now some of the items in both orders have gone on sale. What do I need to do to request a price adjustment on those items?
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you @ hsn_erica.
You are correct, they are no longer on sale.
It would appear no one from HSN wanted to help me until the prices went back up, that way a price adjustment would not be warranted.
Because when I posted my original question the prices were indeed lower but @hsn_erica somehow could not see that.
Two words come to mind: Strange. Convenient.
That’s ok. I understand I posted my question during a holiday weekend and not a good time to expect a quick response.
457-857 is still showing at $24.95
472-599 appears to no longer be for sale.
489-855 is still showing at $24.95
489-853 appears to no longer be for sale.
Maybe they were on sale much cheaper just for a day or so when you checked but seems they didn’t stay at that price.Apparently they don’t look back to see if items sold cheaper at some point and just go by the now price.
Is there a way to show you my receipt? Because I did not pay the current price for those items.
Item 457-857 is on sale for $12.45. On May 19 I paid $24.90 + s/h
Item 472-599 is on sale for $6.23. On May 17 I paid $12.46 + s/h
Item 489-855 is on sale for $12.48. On May 17 I paid $24.95 + s/h
Item 489-853 is on sale for $8.97. On May 17 I paid $17.93 + s/h
I’m sorry I checked each of these items and see that the price you paid is the current price for each item.
Hello! Thank for for the quick reply 😊
Here are the item #’s that I purchased recently:
