I purchased a cordless iron for $69.99 with free shipping and I took the extended service warranty. Within 14 months the iron failed so I was happy I took the extended warranty. Well somewhat… I was able to return the iron at no cost to me and was explained that a check would be issued so that I could purchase another one. That all sounded wonderful until I realized to buy the same iron I have to now pay $99.00 plus shipping and handing fees and should I choose to take the extended warranty again that’s an addiitonal $15.00. Not fair HSN ! You are still offering this item on your network which tells me you have them in stock. You should be offering me an even exchange.
