I have never used HSN. So as a “Potential” new customer, this is the WORST Home Shopping Network business! When you order a Flex Pay item they hold your first payment plus taxes for 3 days then deny the flex pay without a specific reason. They place a hold for $210.00 then after denial they say they relase or reverse the money they are holding back to your card the same day they deny your flex pay. Well thats not so, 3 days after the first three day hold there is no release! Then when you call and complain, they say they will send a letter to your financial institution by end of business day- that DAY! Also, FALSE they now claim it takes 24 hours to FAX a letter to your bank to refund YOUR own Money!!!!! I never have used them before, I will never refer them or even try to use them again. One Week and still no refund 😡😡😡
I can’t apologize enough for the unneeded frustration that this has caused @stillions. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the order being canceled and the funds still pending in your account. Our system did send an electronic request to your financial institution and see that a supervisor has requested a fax be sent to your bank to have the funds released. Sadly, since we aren’t a financial institution, we are unable to hold your funds and it is now up to your financial institution to release the funds based on their release of funds process and policy.
