Hello, I was checking on the status of refund of the 2 beds. I’m unable to view on my end, since it appears different than tracking a package.

I do show in the notes on the order that you rejected the order for it to be sent back to us. As soon as the order makes it back to us, it’ll be processed in as returned and then a refund issued.
Can you see on your end that the order was cancelled ? One bed was damaged and the other was not “located” .
