I sent back item 604-721 the reason it was leaking the water from the ice making the outside of the bag wet, which my car floor was wet. I wanted shipping wavered when returning due to it be defective. It you can please give me back my full amount on my hsn card, also this is so sad 😞 I open up my card to make this purchase and it was defective so I am wishing you will also wavered my $25 opening feed. Please let me know. Because I was a little upset wanting this bag to work. And after looking at reviews I am not the only person with this problem.
Hi @duckey56, I really am sorry to hear that the bag that you purchased was defective. I completely understand the disappointment in having to send the item back. Usually with the VIP Easy Returns program, if you use the HSN Credit Card for your purchase and then return the item, you will get $5.00 in Spendable Ka$h that could be use on a future purchase.
As a courtesy, I have removed the $5.00 in Spendable Ka$h and sent a request to have a refund of the $7.95 be issued back to the HSN Credit Card. Please allow 3-5 business days for the request to be completed and you should see your refund within 72 business hours in your account .
