I put in an order Monday. I wanted to use Flex Pay. I was denied, however the money was still taken off my card. I was assured I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Its been 72 hours. Please refund my card so I can buy the product at full price:)
Hello. Again. I’ve spoke with PayPal, they told me they ARE NOT holding money that you are! I’ve called HSN customer service 3 days ago. They told me that it WAS NOT PayPal holding my money and that it was the bank. HSN then told me they sent a request to my bank to release the funds and it would be refunded in 24 hour . That was 5 days ago. I’m fed up. I will NEVER use your company again. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND????? IF YOU DONT KNOW FLIPPING TELL ME AND STOP LYING! I WANT A HONEST ANSWER
I’ve already spoken to Pay Pal and they said that your company has to release the funds not them:/ that was just a few seconds ago.
Still no refund. Can you please check this account and see what’s going on?
, when an order is cancelled a reverse authorization is sent to your financial institution to inform them that we won’t be collecting the funds for the purchase. It generally takes them about 3 business days to release the hold on their end and for the funds to become available again. I’m showing that the order was cancelled on the 8th so you should see the funds back in your account by tomorrow morning. If you don’t, please let me know so I can help further.
