Refund Please until items actually ship!
I would like to request a refund be posted to my credit card account for all the items that are in packaging status that have not yet shipped from craft day on October 5, 2016 (today is October 18, 2016, and most of my items are still sitting god knows where). When you ship the order you may charge my card again for the itmes shipped, not before.
, I’m very sorry to see this. Sadly, there is no way to keep the order open and issue a refund. There should be some updated tracking info by the end of the week.
