Refund overdue Item returned Please refund manually back to VIsa Card asap. THX
Hi HSN Customer Service:
I need my full first flex pay refund for this item I outlined below which is overdue asap, and thanks so much!
On June 2 2017 I ordered this item from HSN:
ZTE Android Flip TracFone with Car Charger, Case, App Pack and Triple Minutes on 4 FlexPays
1st flex was charged to my Visa Card on June 6th, 2017 for $34.67.
The cell phone did not arrive to me with an EZ return prepaid shipping label, so I had a lot of expenses to pay out of pocket to ship it back including getting insurance and a signature confirmation.
“It ended up costing me a grand total of $15.03 which was paid to USPS to return the item back to the vendor with the additional $40.00 insurance and Signature Confirmation”.
I already spoke with HSN Customer Service via telephone July 5th, 2017, and gave them the USPS track # since I paid the $15.03 of my own money to postal to ship this item back to the vendor.
Outlined below is the USPS delivery information and HSN made a notation under my HSN account for the USPS track # I gave them yesterday:

I also told HSN via phone that the item was returned brand new and the item was never opened, so the cell phone remained sealed and unused, and could be sold as brand new again since the item remained sealed just as I received it and returned it back to the vendor.
Reason for return was another relative already bought this same item and gifted it to the gift recipient before I could gift this to them, so I was told by HSN Customer Service I would get a full refund of my 1st flex payment which was $34.67, and HSN also said if I do not see the $34.67 refund posted back to my Visa Card to let HSN know today, so they can manually refund my $34.67 back to my Visa Card.
Please HSN Customer Service enact this $34.67 Visa Card refund asap, as now it is really over due & I really could use that refund money now.

@redman1, once an item is received back in our warehouse, it can take up to 8 days for the item to be checked in as returned and for the refund to be issued. If you don’t see the refund processed by July 11, please reach back out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
