REFUND ON MATCH PRICING
I prev. requested a price match on item number 468-884. I paid 49.95 on this item. on the flex pay page it reflects a 40.00 refund, which is correct. I went on sale a few days later. But all that was credited to my account was 12.51 and not the 40.00. Can you tell me why? And what it takes to get the correct adjustment

, the reason your refund was only $12.51 is due to that you’ve only paid $12.51 on the order so far from FlexPay. As your other FlexPays are processed, your additional refunds will be processed. We’re unable to issue a full refund of the $40.00 until that amount or more is paid on the order.
Wow,had no idea it worked that way.I would have assumed since the item was now 9.95 and I had already paid 12.51 that I would be refunded 2.56 and no more flex pays as in paid in full plus shipping.

Interesting. QVC does not work that way. I just called their CS for an item I had on easy pay. The price difference, after the reduction was 25 dollars, but I had only payed $13.31 in payments. QVC refunded me the $25. They don’t process the price reduction against the easy pays. So I will continue to pay the 3 remaining easy pays but got my $25 right away.
