refund my shipping
I was charged almost 29 bucks for a Christmas tree to be shipped. I placed my order Feb 13th however it didn’t say billing info received until Feb 15th and it was finally shipped and went through TN And made it to Hodgins IL only to be shipped right back to where it originated from. it says ups didn’t receive my item. I Shouldn’t be charged 29 bucks for something that’s Bern messed around with. also I’m being charged interest on my card every month and want to know why??
