Refund I need my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just ordered a TV on flex pay with my PayPal account but it got cancelled and you guys charged me!!!! I need my money back this is ridiculous I wish I would’ve done my research & reviews before I bought from hsn! I need my money back Like Yesterday!!!!! Is thier and way you could please expedite the process to PayPal so I can get my money. I really dont want to have a file a Suit against HSN & according to these reviews it looks like someone needs to take step to learn about Customer service! Please Help Exspidte my Funds to PayPal so I can get my money and be ony my Mary wagon way Please.
@z12345678910, I’m so sorry that you were unable to order this TV. I was able to expedite the release of your funds. It can still take up to 72 hours, though, depending on your bank. While I am unable to see the reason it didn’t process, we do check to ensure the Billing information is the same between your account and your card. Large electronic items like this, we do require a Major credit card, rather than a debit card or pre-paid card with a credit card logo, so this could also cause the order to cancel. You can also try paying in full. I hope this helps and I look forward to shopping with you in the future. 🙂
