Refund has not posted to my account!!!
I placed a order on Saturday December 17th. The order was cancelled the same day. I have not received a credit to my account. I was initially promised it would be credited back to my account within 24 hours. It has been three business days now. This is really not acceptable.
I ordered an item on the 17th. It showed it was being packed for 2 days then my order was cancelled and I got a message item sold out. How did my item being packed sell out? Now waiting on refund. Not what I would call a good or reputable company.
It’s been 7 for me. I am IRATE and have filed a complaint with the BBB. I am broke and it’s 3 days until Xmas. Account is overdrawn due to these scammers and there negligence. I will see this through until the end.
, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order. If your order was cancelled the same day you placed your order, you shouldn’t see a refund amount. When you placed your order an authorization hold was placed on your account for the amount we planned on taking. Since the order was cancelled, we never went back for the funds. This hold should automatically fall off in 3-5 days depending on your bank’s policy. You should not see a refund amount, you should see that the pending charge will just disappear. Please let me know if you still see the charge from your order date.
