I tried purchasing an item using flex pay and as soon as I finished with all my information including credit card number it said it was unable to be processed and immediately cancelled yet when I checked my bank account the funds were already taken out. I ended up purchasing the item from a different vendor without knowing this was taken out and now my accout is over drawn. Is there anyway the refund can be expedited.
Hi @keke_007, I am sorry to see that your order has been canceled. I’ve sent an electronic request to have the authorization released from your account. The time frame as to when the funds would become available is up to your financial institution.
