Recieving emailed posts- don't want
I rec’d an email of a topic in customer service & I do not want any emails nor did I subscribe to any. I followed the instructions per the email & clicked the unsubscribe on the post (have no idea how my email got involved as I wasn’t even in the post????) Do I need to go into all the forum discussions & click the unsubscribe there as well??? I rarely post, only posted in customer service last night about a price reduction request, have no idea how the email states “I subscribed” to rec’ve posts in emails? I have no desire to do this & want NO EMAILS concerning the forum sent to me at all. If you notice I rarely post anymore as am very displeased with the “changes” in the forum as they are a big turn off, forum is no longer at all interesting. And no, I did not ck the box to “Notify me of follow-up replies via email. I wasn’t even in this discussion, just wanted my price reduction is all & only reason I posted.
I have been dealing with this problem for several months. I have tried everything and am still receiving e-mails. I never subscribed and evidently many others are complaining about the same thing so it must be a problem on HSN’s side. Please fix, if you put it on my e-mail, take it off!!!

Hi @tamrick, I wanted to post an image for you to make this a bit easier but I’m unable to do so at the moment. When you are on the Community Home page, just below the Q&A for Monday Night Show you see a feed of the most recent topics correct? In between where the words “Join the Conversation” are and the start of the topics list you should see 3 tabs “Recent Activity”, “Bookmarks”, and “My Subscriptions” When you click on “My Subscriptions” what do you see listed there?
I am still waiting for a reply, I want these posts to stop coming into my personal email! I didn’t subscribe, I followed instructions per the 1st email, NO reply from a moderator?? Hello, is anyone home? It has been 4 hrs since my 1st post- PLEASE get this rectified!!!!!!!!! Where are the moderators to answer these questions???? I checked my profile and it states NO SUBSCRIPTIONS just now at 8:16 pm EST. Please get rid of this, I do not want any posters emails sent to my email!!!!!!!!
