I am new to HSN. I ordered a Samsung tablet 3 days ago, now it’s not there. What happened or why was it cancelled? Is it possible to talk to a live person?
, it looks like you may have more then one account with us. Please call customer service at 1-800-284-3900 between the hours of 8am-1am ET and request an account merge. Once this is done, you’ll be able to see your orders when you are signed into the account.
