RECEIVED WRONG PRAI PRODUCT 3 TIMES!
I ordered Prai Platinum FIRM & LIFT INTENSIVE SERUM #457-892. All 3 times I was sent Prai Platinum Firm & Lift (item #449-546) The item # on ‘plastic’ bag containing the serum has CORRECT #457-892…yet, contains the WRONG product. This lets me know that at the warehouse the item was labeled incorrectly. The item was selected according to the # ordered. PLEASE, help get this resolved. The customer service folks have been great, yet, have been unable to get this resolved. I sent a very descriptive/detailed letter with BOTH returns to no avail. Now, for the 3rd time and sending this back…AGAIN. What’s odd is that the Prai Platinum Firm & Lift (449-546) isn’t showing up now online at all. I’ve used Prai products for years and they’re great. I need the PLATINUM FIRM & LIFT INTENSIVE TREATMENT.
I want to thank Linda for the phone call. You said you’d be contacting the manufacturer. There is a difference between the Prai Platinum Firm & Lift Serum and the Prai Platinum Firm & Lift INTENSIVE Serum that I ordered. The ingredients are different as is the price. Again, I deeply appreciate you looking into this for me. I’ll be eager to hear from you once you find out what the problem has been.
@lady4peace, I’m sorry to see you keep getting the incorrect item. I’ve submitted a request to have the warehouse look into this. This should be looked into within 3 business days. I’ll let you know if I hear something sooner.
***COPY of letter sent to HSN when sending back wrong item the 2nd time) ***I ordered PRAI PLATINUM FIRM & LIFT INTENSIVE SERUM. I received the wrong item twice. Both times I was sent the Prai Firm & Lift Serum. The item number on the ‘plastic’ containing the serum was correct (457-892). However, what was contained within the package was wrong. The item actually shipped to me (twice) was item #449-546. These are two different products.
Whoever was responsible for labeling did so incorrectly. I know things like this happen from time to time. I also recognize that the inventory on hand would need to be rechecked due to improper labeling. The outside of the box shipped to me had a blue sticker on it saying it had “been inspected by HSN quality assurance”. By looking at the LABEL it would appear to be correct. Yet, the product INSIDE the plastic containing the glass bottle of serum was #449-546 (wrong item). Again, I ordered item #457-892…PRAI PLATINUM FIRM & LIFT INTENSIVE SERUM.
I’ve spoken to a HSN Customer Service supervisor. She let me know she would inform those that work within the warehouse of this item being mislabeled. Thank you for your time & attention. It’s appreciated.
