Spoke with Asia who refused to let me speak to the complaint department. Everyone is talking about the folders in Anna Griffin’s treasury collection. Mine arrived broken. They will not except a picture, in stead I’m supposed to wade through a foot of snow and waste an hour of my time going to UPS. This is rediculous . I own a lot of Anna Griffin products but this is shameful. You misspelled granddaughter and these sleeves are total . It’s quite the topic on social media. If you need help and end up with Asia, ask for someone else.
