Received a used/defective item….Returning for full Visa Card refund
Hi HSN Customer Service Reps/MGRS:
Today I received 2 items of HSN ITEM # 500-268.
A. Landau for Colleen Lopez Dolman Sleeve Faux Fur Jacket
Navy | Size 3X and Black size 3X.
Both were purchased as gifts in 2 different colors of black and navy, and both were size 3X, and to be gifted to the same person.
Defective with missing parts that should have been attached to the Navy jacket by the Manufacturer was the 3 pieces of written printed documentation along with the large envelope which inside had one fur jacket button, and 1 extra fur hook.
Those numerous missing items were professionally attached by the Designer Manufacturer on the Black Jacket which I can gift.
I am returning the navy jacket and calling it defective or used, since it was not attached professionally to the jacket by the Designer Manufacturer, nor did not come with the Designer 3 piece written documentation, nor did it come with the large envelope with the large fur button and fur hook.
Kindly notify HSN that I will be returning the Navy jacket as defective or used and I will be handing it over to my UPS driver on 5/4/2017.
My UPS driver will scan it in and return it to HSN using the UPS prepaid label I attached to the return box and I marked the words defective and refund on the return slip and enclosed that slip in the box along with the used/defective navy faux fur jacket, so HSN sees it and gives me a full refund with no return deductions taken out of the full purchase price I already paid to HSN.
Also I want the refund credit posted back to my original method of payment in full, back to my Visa Bank card.
Please do note:
In the past for refunds I have received a check in the mail and an HSN merchandise credit when I should have received my refund posted and credited back to my original method of HSN payment, which is always to use my Visa Bank Card on file with HSN.
I do not want a refund check in the mail, or an HSN merchandise credit, as that would be a violation of my FTC Consumer Internet Purchase Refund Legal Rights, which clearly state Internet Orders must be posted back to the original method of payment so that guarantees proper refund credit, and that is for the Consumer’s protection.
HSN in all honesty I am really so disappointed because used and defective items missing parts should not be shipped out to unsuspecting HSN Member Consumers….. they should be returned to HSN outlets since they were previously sold by HSN to other HSN Members who returned the items back to HSN for their own full refunds.

I greatly appreciate it, and as stated above, my usual UPS driver will be receiving this defective/used HSN item in the morning and scanning it into his UPS device for UPS product defective return, using the prepaid HSN UPS EZ return label. I attached to the HSN return card board box.

Hello @redman1, I’m so sorry to see your order was defective! I have waived the return shipping fee so you will not be charged for using the EZ Return labels provided. Anytime you return an item the refund is automatically issued to the original method of payment unless you specifically request the refund to be issued to you in Spendable Ka$h. The only exception to this would be an item that was returned outside of the standard return time period (when an a return exception has been granted).

Right now I am looking at this post. I received it on my e-mail. I followed instructions how to unsubscribe yesterday and the button is blue, which means I am unsubscribed but it is still coming to my e-mail, as are others.
