Rec'd wrong item
I ordered 12/23 Andrew Lessman Complete For Women 120 PKTS-AS item #519055. Order number is 1479030941. This evening I rec’d a large long box & opened it and pulled out a large container without looking at it and assumed it was my product. I tore the protective seal off and looked inside and it is Choconuvo 91% Cacao Extreme Dark Chocolate 180 count instead of what I ordered. My label is correct of what I was ordering but they mixed it up when packaging. I had the container standing up & tore the top seal off without thinking it wouldn’t be what I ordered as I have never gotten any mishaps before. Now what?????? Please help. Thank you. @tamrick, I’m sorry you feel your situation is discounted. Being that it is the holiday season we are working across multiple platforms to service our customers. We know having to return something is never fun and we greatly apologize for the inconvenience this causing you. Have you tried contacting USPS to see if it was possible for a free pick-up? They can be reached at: 1-800-275-8777. I know waiving the return fee doesn’t cover the cost of aggravation but rest assure we are working to prevent scenarios like this in the future. Also, can you clarify if you would like the replacement sent. I’m sorry this has affected your holiday time and would like to offer you $10 of KA$H for our mishap.

I had used a coupon of Andrew’s so I want to make sure it is the same price & I did put it on auto ship. So, on the return sheet I know to put wrong item sent & I’m guessing once u get the product back you will ship out my correct item? Thank you for your kind reply & have a great night 😊
59-60 Thank you for your information. I think I will contact the company directly as it seems that there are hardly any moderators on here anymore. I thought I would get an answer to my reply to Jordan but it seems there are no moderators & my note is just moving down the boards.
I also take the Marine Peptide Collagen & do like that, I put it in my coffee every morning. I have been taking it about 6 months now. I haven’t noticed any changes yet however, I do have health issues so maybe my body is just drinking it up & may take longer to notice a difference.
I tried to go on Chat last night but no one came on Chat last night either to rectify the issue. Saying they will waive the return fee is nothing as they definitely should as is not my error.

I would contact Andrea Lessman or pro cap labs vi s Facebook msg. I get more responses this could be a dangerous mistake the orders come from La s Vegas, not sure if it was sent to hs n first. But I use the Marine peptide with collagen and msn daily.
I’m definitely going to check going forwards. I’ve actually spoken to ANdrea directly about several things as msn is a very good help with my joints.
This mistake could actually hurt someone who shouldn’t be taking it. Also talk to hsn on msg they always answer.

I know we are working hard to get those packages out to our customers but, we definitely want you to get what you ordered. I’ll be sure to send this concern to our Leadership Team. I will go ahead and waive the return shipping on the EZ Return Label. Would you like for me to send out that replacement?
I definitely wanted what I ordered & used the coupon & am reading that you are waiving the return fee however, what is in it for me now? I have to be burdened with packaging it up & driving it to the post office to return. This is an inconvenience to me for quality assurance error.
Now I don’t feel like being bothered with it so please remove the order & payment & shipping fee & I guess I will have to box it up to ship back. The post office is quite a distance for me so this is an inconvenience. Happy New Year to you 😊😊
