OK HSN you canceled my order 3 times because you can not explain flex pay for people who use a debit card, which I have to wait 3 business days for you to refund my money ,then I get an email saying an order is shipped and its for UNICEF. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
No. SS#. They said its through their financial institution. Why would they put a hold on my debit card, that’s with JP Morgan? They took funds out if my account 3 times!
LISTEN PEOPLE!!! I have already had this discussion with CSR she said Yes we do run your credit when you use a debit card. Do you think I’m dumb and did not investigate. Their policy is not clear. Now if you have problem with what I have to say DO NOT RESPOND!!
First of all NO ONE WAS TALKING TO YOU!!! Second they run your CREDIT WHEN YOU USE A DEBIT CARD!! That’s what is no clear in their policy for flexpay. Take a seat.
Hello KIARA21, I can tell how frustrated and disappointed you are feeling. We do allow FlexPay purchases on both credit and debit cards. While I am unable to tell you why your orders were canceled, I can provide you with the phone number to reach out to our FlexPay Department for more detailed information regarding your order. Please call 800-879-2559 8am-8pm EST Sun-Sat.
Wow is all I can say, first off read before you order a item, second flex pay is not so hard to know about. They take the first payment out of your account right away, then 30 days later another payment and so on.
Thank You HSN_Sarah for posting the donation page link!! Thank you!!
Thanks for this post. Are there any other shows coming up w/ the 10% donation?
This is a real tragedy for Nepal . Nepal is one of the poorest countries on earth .
Thank you for your responses ladies!
I think it’s also important for anyone reading this to understand that we may have the tendency to think, ‘What’s a dollar gonna do? It’s such a next-to-nothing amount’. After all, we can’t even buy a cup of coffee for a buck here in the good ole USA!
But, in a third-world nation, a buck goes a VERY LONG WAY indeed.
So, please, even give just a dollar. Don’t fall into thinking that it’s ‘not enough’… for it very much IS ENOUGH!
Great thread Faire:smileyhappy: I plan to give here and in my city.
This is so good that HSN is doing this. It makes it easier for us to donate. And it doesn’t matter which charity you donate to…it is all going to help the people of Nepal in some way, shape, or form.
I know sometimes I want to donate to help in some disaster and I may not get around to it or don’t want to use my debit card on a website…so here I can give on my HSN credit card and be safe.
THANKS HSN FOR HELPING ME HELP OTHERS
