Really HSN..order a computer receive a wine cooler from Best Buy
Ordered a Dell XPS 8700 Core i7 Quad-Core 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD Compact Desktop Computer last week. Was delivered this past Monday. Only problem was it was an Igloo 6 bottle wine cooler from Best Buy. Call and get a credit for the loss of my business that day and the promise of an expedited order and shipping on the tower. Check today to find out that the order was canceled because now HSN’s supplier cannot fulfill the order because they don’t have any. Had them when I ordered them. HSN customer service then tells me there’s nothing they can do. Even take back the credit i was issued on Monday as a resolve the to the issue of receiving the cooler and not the computer. Wonder if the woman in MN who ordered the wine cooler from Best Buy is enjoying the computer. Or if the trained monkey in the warehouse who slapped multiple labels on the box is enjoying it. UPS shouldn’t have accepted or delivered this due to the multiple shipping labels. HSN refuses to resolve anything and has billed my account for a computer I have not received. Nice business practices HSN.
