Really 5 Flex + Free Shipping ?
Am I missing something? This keeps scrolling on TV, and is on the website, but not on the app. I ordered things this weekend, and while I did get the 5 Flex, the shipping was not free. Also, everything I tap on shipping isn’t free.
Is it an app glitch? On the website the shipping says free. Can I get that amount adjusted? I don’t want to cause a fuss or anything.

That’s rather interesting as I scoured for any shipping promotions for over the weekend. Thanks @ane1there. As a courtesy, I’ll be more than happy to adjust the shipping for your two items you purchased yesterday.

You’re welcome @ane1there! I’ve issued one refund which you should see in your account within 72 business hours. I have to wait on the fan to ship before I can issue a refund, but I have added that order to my calendar, so once I see it I’ll get it issued.

Hi @ane1there, I took a look and see that the Free Shipping promotion is for today and don’t see where there was a free shipping on everything promotion yesterday.
If you’re shopping today, which items are you tapping on not showing free shipping?
