Regarding Item# 549620
Item arrived defective and missing the water tank plug cap part, so it cannot be operated in this defective missing part condition.
It was returned via UPS ground as defective and delivered on Wednesday, 08/15/2018 at 10:38 A.M. Left At: Dock and Received By: *****
Since the item was defective I am waiting to receive a full refund posted back to my Visa Card in the amount I paid to HSN which was $61.13.
HSN Customer service can you please post my Visa card refund asap as I am getting ready to leave my home in 4 days and would like to also withdraw the $61.13 refund from my Visa Card Bank Checking Account, after you have posted my full HSN Visa Card refund.
P.S. I already posted about this under the Community Customer Service category so HSN is already aware of this product defect and my anticipated full Visa Card refund of $61.13
Now HSN C.S. please advise reply asap, and many thanks for your kind consideration, understanding, and expediency, and I hope you can comply and expedite asap, and many thanks in advance:).
Since the HSN warehouse received the item back today on 8/15/2018 my refund should be processed in time with no delays, and I should not be required to notify HSN again to get it in time, so please ensure that HSN posts it back to my Visa Card when the HSN warehouse has checked it, but I must comment that 8 days to wait for a refund is a long time…….longer than other companies I do internet business with.
Evidently all I am getting as of late is defective products from HSN which I must waste time to return, and then be forced to wait 8 days for my HSN refunds.
If HSN had excellent Quality Control in place, my HSN items would not be delivered to me or my gift recipients missing attachments/ and or arriving in a defective non operational state.
Makes me wish for the past when HSN did not send out used or non operational items and items with missing attachment parts to their HSN customers.
Please just process the HSN refund in 8 days back to Visa Card, and thanks.
@redman1, sorry to hear that your item was defective and had to be returned. Please allow our warehouse up to 8 days to check in the return and for your refund to be issued. If you don’t see your refund processed by August 23, please let us know so we can assist.
