Hi do you guys charge a shipping feed for replacement in size? Like it I order a 9 and need a 8 because 9 to big? Just curious

call customer service and if the replacement is available, they will ship it and waive the return fee when you use the return label that came with your original order, or they can send you one to print

@own5pets, there should be no additional shipping charge when you do an exchange.
