Question Re: Extended Holiday Return Policy
Order#: , the HW Tower Air Purifier that I ordered on 12/08/15, unfortunately needs to be returned. It was very noisy from the start, but I could tolerate that. Now, it’s about to completely go out and nothing is working properly.
I plan on returning this tomorrow, but want to make sure this is covered under your Extended Holiday Return Policy, and I will not be charged for the return shipping as it’s defintely defective.

I’m sorry to hear this has to be returned! No need to worry, you’re still okay to send it back to us for a refund. I also waived the return shipping for you, so just use the Easy Return Label and we will issue the refund once we receive it back.
