question on return
The item I am returning for some reason didn’t include any return labels. I wanted to use the easy return which it qualifies for. I do have other labels from other items that I’m not returning but didn’t know if I could use those, or if they were specifically earmarked for each item. If customer service just uses the return form to reference the returned item then I should be ok because this item included that part on the paperwork that it came with. What do you think?
@jazzy333, not all of our items get returned to the same warehouse so you wouldn’t want to use a return label for a different item to send something back. Can you let me know the item number you’re wanting to return so I can get the correct address for you?
item 514 -423 I actually bought two separately, so I do have the label for the other dress but it was a different price so not sure if that matters
@jazzy333, thanks for the additional info. You should be able to print out a return label from your “Order Status” page on your account. You can also use the other label you already have from the other dress if you want since they’d be going back to the same place. Just make sure you include the invoice/receipt inside the box for the proper dress order.
