Question on jewelry postage
I just placed an order with a couple of items that had the Buy more and Save offer on them. I had also added 2 more jewelry items which I didn’t notice didn’t have the blurb on them. According to the notice that comes up about Buy more and Save:
All day long, 12:01am to 11:59pm (ET)
Get 50% off standard shipping and handling on every additional Jewelry item you purchase when you buy one participating Jewelry item and pay the highest standard shipping and handling amount.
Purchases must be made on the same day and shipped to the same address.
This offer is good all day and includes select Jewelry purchases.
Select novelty jewelry (ie coins)
All professional sports jewelry

I understand about the excluded items, but that doesn’t appear to apply in that case. Apparently the “select jewelry purchases” statement is meant to override the “every jewelry item purchased” statement. I would appreciate it if someone would put in the blurb the actual facts of the offer. It appears to me that it should say on every additional qualifying Jewelry item you purchase. The 2 items I had added were clearance, but so was one that had the blurb. The items in question are 540-310 and 540-309.
I completely understand the confusion. The Buy More Save More only applies to other products stating Buy More Save More in the “offers and promotions” details. They all have to be a part of the same promo in order for the discount to take affect. I hope this helps.
I am gathering that from what happened; but I do think HSN’s blurb needs to be corrected to say what it actually means.
Jordan, the blurb didn’t appear on those 2 items I noted, but it did appear on the other 2 items I went ahead and ordered. Those items were 585-572 and 545-050. Since I’d ordered 1 qualified item (actually 2), I thought that the blurb meant I would get 50% shipping on any other jewelry item that wasn’t listed in the exclusions list.

I looked at the items online and was unable to find a Buy More Save More promo for these items. The only ones listed were exclusive to HSN cc users for extra Flex and VIP returns.
