Question about price guarantee
If I purchased something on Aug. 3 but it was not delivered until Aug. 8 and the item goes down in price Sept 4, am I still eligible for a price guarantee? Case in point my order **********

@jodyjo3, I just realized that the order is technically just outside the Price Guarantee time frame. However, due to my oversight, I have issued the refund to your MOP as a courtesy. Please allow 72 business hrs to see the refund reflected into your account.
Oh, I just noticed your additional reply prior to this post. So you actually go by the order date for the 30 days and not by the actual receipt of merchandise date?
What if my order stays in “packaging” and doesn’t ship right away? Do you take this into consideration?
