Question about price drop & reimbursement
I read somewhere a long time ago that if a price is lowered, customers can get credit for the difference within 30 ? days if they contact HSN. I ordered a clearance item, but the price was cut to half of what I paid and I haven’t even received the item yet. Does HSN have such a policy where an account will be credited for the difference? @flyby2, if you order an item from us and the price of the item drops within 30 days, we’ll gladly credit you for the difference in cost. Can you let me know what item number this happened on so I can assist?
