Quality Control-Returned Items?
This is the 2nd time in approximately 1 month that I have had an issue with quality control. The first time I received a completely different item (although from the same brand) than I ordered. My receipt was correct but I didn’t get what I wanted so had to return and the correct item was sold out. Just today, I received a jacket that was supposed to have a faux fur collar but the fur collar was missing! I am suspecting that it may have been a return and now it is sold out. So disappointed in my bad luck. For half of the item, I should have only been charged half :). Now back to UPS I go.
@midwestgal, sorry to hear that the jacket arrived with the faux fur collar missing! I do see that we waived your EZ Return Label so the return will be free of charge. As soon as we get the item back, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original method of payment.
