Purchase stuck in packaging mode, again
I have purchases from Oct 2, stuck in packaging. Please contact the warehouse. Thank you
According to an HSN FAQ I read, once your order is in “packaging” status, it cannot be cancelled.
my purchase was ordered 5 days ago.has
4 days in “packaging” which i take it is backordered.
now HSN claims it has been “shipped” today. package label printed.
checking tracking at UPS, the item still has NOT been received. SO it is NOT shipped yet.
IN THIS DAY IN AGE OF 2 DAY SHIPPING , RECEIVING THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
AND in checking about canceling order, instructions say there is a link to cancel order. when i tried their instructions, the link does NOT exist. BUT the link does have a “buy again” button !! just no cancel button, even before item shipped.
“packaging” seems to be HSN code work for BACK ORDERED !
