Product Pulled From Site??
I just went to review this product and while I can see it in my order history, I am not able to pull up the product page either by clicking on the item in my order OR via search. Luckily I found this forum!
My qualms are MANY. I first of all was shocked and confused upon receipt that both scents I ordered seem to me to smell the same, which is overpoweringly of thymol, and not the slightest of vanilla or orange blossom. The thymol scent is strong and doesn’t evoke “clean” in my mind. In addition… it does linger for hours and hours and hours. I feel deceived by Joy and the on air presenters, to put it mildly!
I have further issues as well:
1. The spray bottles that Joy gushes over: There is a warning on the bottle not to reuse it- and it even suggests throwing it in the garbage if it can’t be recycled! I believe it is good practice to re-use when ever possible and was excited about these high tech nozzles because I felt there would be value in putting them to use again after the cleaner is used up. And the bottle doesn’t even say WHY they shouldn’t be reused!
2. Purple is a POOR color choice for the microfiber cloths because you CAN’T SEE the grime! A lighter color (even a lighter purple, Joy!) would make more sense and be a better choice!
3. Why are the full list of ingredients nowhere to be found?
I am so very upset and disappointed. I feel like I was outright lied to and deceived. Joy, your customers shouldn’t be treated like the crowd in The Emporer’s New Clothes. We deserve better. We respect you. Return the favor!
I had threw book out and am 76 years old so dumped this trash to much trouble to get another box to ship back but lesson learned about Joy and HSN think we are all owed our money back without the trouble of packing and shipping back
