Product Assist Claim
Please share the product Assist website, I have a claim and have been on hold and disconnected twice.
On 5-16-2016 I posted a request about order # 1130081910 purchaused on 7-2014 with a a 24 month service warranty.
Registered the Neat 5 on 7-18-2014, the gaget did not work, called, than to HSN on 12-23-2015 and was referred to Microsoft and Asurion plan.with phone numbers. No success.
I made several other tries, Microsoft do not service this item sence not manufactured by Microsoft
On 5-26-2016 sent another letter to HSN and received a polite reply with Asurion’s phonenumber. The number referred me to this site,
The asnwer has instruction to call the manufacturer.
I am not happy with the anser, or the service sold to me, and this is the worts purchause and the worst experience I had with HSN since I am a customer,

i have been give in the run around trying to use extended warranty that does not expire until 12/16
when i call 1-866-476-3499 the lady said she could not find me in the system and i need to call hsn back (for second time)
HSN clearly explain to me that my item is still under warranty and supplied me with the receipt, item order number and protection plan order number.

need to step up their game and help me and stop telling me to call hsn back over and over again
this is tiring and frustrating
i have spent last hour calling back and forwards from hsn to hsn orderprotection
I am having problem actvating my Neat Desk Scanner 5,purchaused n July 2014.i tried to make it work a few times, nevr succded. In May CS suggested to call Asurion at 1-866-476-3499, howeverthe istruction sent me to this site.
Please suggest something that will make my gaget work my prior tries from the time of purcauuse, han from dec 2015 and May 5 2016 were polite, however not really

I agree. I tried to review item and see other reviews on this and it takes me to other items like this item is no longer there. It happens alot and I dont like that. Even if item is no longer available it should be available for us to review. I like to see what others have to say on items. Thanks
