Processing time too long
I ordered a new camera and it’s been processing for a rather long time. I spoke with customer service and was told it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I paid for 2 day shipping so that would make sense except I haven’t received tracking info. Just going on what I was told. From what I have read here so far, it seems as though I won’t be seeing this camera for a week. Pretty lame.
If you paid for 2 day shipping, you should receive the item in 2 days. Period. This response is one of many rambling excuses this company always comes up with for extremely poor processing and shipping of products. Demand a refund for the additional funds you paid for having that item in your hands in 2 days. No company defines 2 days shipping as “whenever we decide to get it out, you’ll have it in 2 days”. Ridiculous.

Please keep in mind, that because this item is shipping to you directly from our partner there can be a delay in when the item ships out to it being updated in our system.
