Problems with the website?
I have been having trouble with the website when placing order and using my account. It takes so long that I am getting a message from your website. Is this an overall problem or just me?

Hello everyone, there is a slight delay reported for the May Program Guide delivery. Although usually PG’s are sent (after requests are made) following the 15th of the month and it takes about 7-10 days to receive. This May, it may take a little longer. I’m not sure why, but we do know it’s a know issue and is being taken care of asap. Please use the digital Program Guide on HSN for the next few days.
