Problem with customer service / placing order
I’m very upset.I’m a long time customer & HSN credit card user.This afternoon I placed an online order for a tablet on 5 payments.A little while after I got the email confirmation for my order I received an email cancelling the order without explanation!! I called HSN a c.s. rep re placed the order & transfered me to someone else to find out why my order had been cancelled.That individual said it had something to do with the easy payments.She then switched me to her supervisor who was of no help.While were talking he said the second order had just been cancelled as well!!! He told me to call the credit dept.in the morning.He was rude & insensitive!! He told me that I could call corporate in the morning too! “Oh & by the way our conversation was recorded.””He then ended the call!!
I tried to explain to the supervisor that I was a longtime customer with an excellent credit score of over 800 & didn’t understand why this was happening!! I didn’t want to lose out on the deal!! He didn’t seem to care!!
I’m very disappointed that HSN would cancell an order without a reasonable explanation & have no one readily available to talk to the customer & make it right!! I know it’s Sunday but if you’re going to cancel an order you should make someone available to help!!
Has this happened to anyone ? How did you get it resolved?

Reference the birds, it took be 2 days, off and on, between my granddaughter’s attention and me finding time. Lol
You did such a fantastic job, how long did the birds take you?
