Problem with Address on AutoShips
We have two autoship orders for vitamins. All of our vitamin orders including two autoships have been mailed to the wrong address. We did not move. The orders have always gone to the wrong address. Luckily, the person who receives our orders has forwarded them onto to us but it’s an inconvenience for him and I worry that we may not receive a future order.
I have called several times and have edited the shipping address more than once. Immediately after editing I check the address and it reverts back to the incorrect address. Do I need to cancel both autoships and start over? I don’t want to lose the fantastic prices. Please help!
