problem ordering with flexpay
I ordered an item from Perlier that was on flexpay. Today’s total was supposed to be 12.17. When I looked at my bank account, the amount pending is for the full price of around 33.00. I cancelled that order, and reordered the item again. The same thing happened, so I now have pending charges of over $60. I cancelled the second order also. I know those charges will not go through since I cancelled, but now I am afraid to order using flexpay. I have been a customer for years, and never had this happen before. Thank you
The charges are off of my account this morning. The item was on flex pay for one day only (yesterday). Apparently, I did not check out until after midnight, even though the item was in my
shopping bag, and it did allow me to choose flex pay. I will be more careful ordering around midnight. Thanks!
@jjisland, sorry to hear you had trouble with your orders going through on FlexPay. According to our records, this item is only available on FlexPay with the HSN Credit Card at this time. Since your orders were done using your Visa card, they unfortunately wouldn’t have qualified for FlexPay which is why you were charged the full amount. I apologize for the inconvenience.
