Prices not working.
I just put some orders through from clearance and the amount in my flex pay manager is not the same as what is pending in my bank account. The pending is holding about $100 hostage. The flex manager and order status are also not reflecting the free shipping over $75. I know this is supposed to straighten out in a few days but in the meantime the sale will be over. Is there any way this can be fixed? I tried my HSN charge but it was denied. Is there any way that can be fixed?
Then I won’t bother with any of the others since it is the same issue. I wish HSN could fix that issue because it ties up money I was planning to use for the sale. Thanks for your help Erica – we tried.
Okay, I’m happy to confirm the order total is $33.69 with your initial FlexPay of $18.70. Looks like the authorization is for what the first FlexPayment would be without the coupon applied to the order. I know its frustrating but you will see that once the payment settles on your account it will be for the correct amount. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
I figured out the savings frenzy items so I’m good with that. I will give you item #491-594 Colleen’s ruby and opal earrings. My flex pay shows $18.70 and my bank statement says $37.40 is a pending deduction. The problem is not with the flex pay itself but what is pending on my statement because that is the amount they are holding out. Since the shipping is the way it is supposed to be that is not an issue.

Regarding the free shipping promotion, sadly any items featured in the Savings Frenzy are excluded from the shipping promotion.
