Hi, I ordered 534-935 this morning online & paid $39.95 & now I am watching on tv @ 11:15 est & they are offering them for $29.95. Pls adjust my account. Thank you. Pls adjust it before it processes st midnight. Also I ordered it early this morning so it is confirmed & I expect to get it. Thank you
@tamrick, I’m sorry for the late response. Your concerns are important to us and our apologies for you feeling overlooked. I went ahead and processed the refund. Because you have only paid in $7.99(FlexPayment) into the order, the system wouldn’t refund more than what was paid in (normal procedure). You should see it reflect your account within 3 business days.I have noted the order to refund the remaining $2.01; once the second Flexpayment has been processed. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

It is now 14 hours later & I have yet to see a reply? In the past a moderator answered our questions quickly & got our accounts adjusted quickly. As I stated above at the time I was watching this on TV this was offered for $29.95 so I bought another set. I want the $10 price Adjustment credited back to my original method of payment please. I do not want it put on spendable kash. I ordered & it hadn’t went to processing yet so if a moderator would have been on policing as they use to this would have been adjusted before midnight. Where is our wonderful Kyle & Erica? They have always read things quickly & well taken care of. Thank you.
