I ordered a pair of Heidi Daus earrings. The price dropped $20 and I haven’t received them yet. How do I obtain a credit?
I agree, Velveteen Rabbit! The earrings were shipped ONE day after the 30 day window and I believe the price dropped before they shipped.
In my opinion, this is poor customer service. I’ll probably be returning the earrings because I’m so irritated.
This doesn’t seem correct, she hasn’t even received the earrings yet!
@roxies, our Price Guarantee program is valid for any item that drops in price within 30 days of your order date. According to our records, your earrings were ordered on 03/24/2017 so they would unfortunately be outside of the window for our Price Guarantee. I apologize for the disappointment.
I have ordered Andrew Lessman eye support and have not received them yet now they are the TSV can you help me with the price guarantee?
