Price drop/adjustment request
Checking to see if there is any way to get a price adjustment on an item ordered 4/22/17, received it on 4/28/17, I saw that the price dropped today 5/28/17. I am just outside of 30 days from the order date but exactly within the 30 days by the received date. I can’t tell when the price drop occured, but as as a long time loyal customer it would be really nice for the adjustment to be approved. Item # 513-020.

Hi @danielleaz! Since this is outside our 30 days, I’m not able to refund the price difference to the card used. However, as an exception I did go ahead and issue this difference of $19.90 to your Spendable Kash account(In-store credit). 🙂 It is in there now and available for use immediately. When checking out online, just look for the words that say ‘You have Spendable Kash! Apply to this order’ to use it.
