Price change and Return Question
Hoping you can help(I normally use the customer service chat feature, as I am partially deaf, but can no longer find it🙁). I have 2 things I need help with.
1) I purchased Item#537-982 on 8/15. The price was $39.95. I noticed the price had dropped to $29.95. Does HSN do refunds on the difference if a price changes so soon after a purchase?(Order# xxxxxxxxxx)
2) On 8/09 I purchased Item#520-265 in 2 colors in size 12. I was shipped both colors in size 12.5. Big difference for a 5yr old that u are already trying to keep ahead of in growth.
Anyway, I returned both pairs and I received notice the return had been received and refunded. However, I noticed that on the white pair I was charged $5 for the return. My question is why am I being penalized for HSN’s mistake? I know it went into Spendable Kash but I still should have received my full refund to my card. (Order# xxxxxxxxxx)
Sorry for the long post, but as I said due to hearing difficulty I would normally use the chat feature. I really hope that feature has not been removed as I am sure it helped others as well.

Thank you SO much for all your help on the refunds! And the chat feature location! I will definitely be sure to make myself a note so I can find it in the future if I need it.

@myssik, I’m happy to help. We do offer a Price Guarantee here where if the price of an item drops within 30 days of your order date, we can gladly issue a refund for the difference in cost. Your order qualifies for this so I was able to issue the refund for the difference in cost. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to post back to your card.
I’m also sorry to hear that you were charged return shipping for your orders in which you were sent the wrong size shoes! I’ve submit a request to our back offices to get the refund for the return shipping processed back to your card. Please allow us a few business days to process the request.
